Rule.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. R.C.Kodekar waives service
of Rule on behalf of the respondents.

2. The
convict prisoner has sent this application through jail authority to
release him on temporary bail for the reason stated in the
application. Keeping in mind the past record of the applicant, we do
not think it fit to release the convict on temporary bail. Hence,
this application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
