Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. are present.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow was directed to record of the statement of
petitioner Neetu Yadav which was sent to this court in the sealed cover. The
sealed cover is opened in the open court.

It reveals from perusal of the statement recorded by the Chief Judicial
Magistrate that Neetu Yadav has stated that she is not under any illegal
detention and she was living with her father at her own free will and she has
no concern with Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav.

In view of the above, this is not a case of illegal detention and accordingly the
writ petition is dismissed.
