I.A. No.8811 of 2010.

This application has been filed by the

appellants wherein it has been stated that appellant no.3

and respondent nos.10, 11, 12, 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, 17,

17A, 21, 22 and 23 who were shown minor on the date of

institution of the appeal have now attained majority.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the said

appellant and respondents are declared as major and their

legal guardians are discharged.

The office shall place the I.A. No.8810 of 2010

under the heading for orders on petitions immediately.
