3. 3.7.2008 Heard.

The F.I.R. as also the injured Ramesh Paswan had one story

that the petitioner had stabbed the injured into his abdomen with a

chura. Paragraph-29 of the case diary has injury report copied in it.

The injury is of such a magnitude as could be indicated by the fact

that the omenturn was out of abdomen, considering which the petition

is dimissed.
