09 02.09.2011 This matter has been running on the Board since 29 th

August, 2011. However, no-one appeared on behalf of the

petitioner when the matter was called on 29.08.2011 and

30.08.2011. The same situation prevails today as none appears on

behalf of the petitioner and the matter therefore, appears to have

become infructuous.

Learned counsel for Bihar State Board of Religious

Trust is present, but none appears on behalf of the State.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-

prosecution.
