respondent prays for one week time to file counter

affidavit. In the background that counter affidavit on

behalf of the Patna University is going to be served

on him today and a copy of the counter affidavit of

the University has also been handed to the counsel

of the petitioner, who would like to file a rejoinder, if

so adviced, time is granted.

Matter may come up under the same

position after one week.
