Learned counsel for the appellant withdraws his appeal as well 
as the writ petition because he wants to file appeal under Section 17 of 
the Securitization, Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement 
of Security Interest Act, 2002.

He is permitted to withdraw the writ petition and the appeal. 
Since the appellant was litigating before this Court, this Court is 
of the opinion that the appellate court will not obstruct the appeal on 
the question of limitation.
