ORDER
Shri Sandeep Kamra, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 25.11.2010 before
the Commission against Delhi Police, West District, Delhi for providing incomplete
information to his RTI-request dated 13.8.2010, which came up for hearing on 16.3.2011.
The appellant was present in person, whereas the respondents were represented by Shri
Pankaj Kumar Singh, ACP, Shri Harpal Singh, Inspector and Shri Shiv Datt Jaimini, SI.
2. During the hearing the respondent submitted that appellant’s identical appeal was
heard by the Commission on 16.3.2011. On perusing the records it has been observed
that the Commission vide its order No. CIC/SS/A/2010/001139 dated 11.5.2011 upheld the
decision of respondent.
3. In view of above, the Commission’s order in Case No. CIC/SS/A/2010/001139
dated 11.5.2011 (copy enclosed) will also apply in the present case as well.
The matter is disposed of accordingly at Commission’s end.
