                          J U D G M E N T

K.M.Joseph, J.

Petitioner has approached this Court alleging that

there is threat to her life from respondents 3 and 4. It is

pointed out by the learned Government Pleader that the

petitioner has not made any demand. Without making a

demand it is not open to a party to approach this Court

seeking a writ of mandamus. In such circumstances, we are

not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It is open to the

petitioner to make a demand for protection as against

respondents 3 and 4 and if there is no action on the same she

is free to approach this Court again.
