Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned AGA for the
State and perused the record.

Lower court record be summoned.

Notice be issued returnable within one month for filing counter
affidavit if any.

Since the appellants and co-accused are already on bail for one
month from the date of conviction, let the bail order be continued
accordingly subject to furnishing the fresh bail bond on the same
conditions for this appeal. The lower court is directed to transmit
the bail papers with the record of the lower court.

During the pendency of this appeal, the operation of the order of
conviction and sentence shall remain stayed.

List thereafter in usual course.
