The information sought by the Appellant was referred to the Establishment Wing, Dy. Finance Officer
and Project In-charge, Biodiversity Parks Programmee. Input received from them was enclosed.(no copy
in file)
Appellant may inspect the relevant file for any information with respect to Sl.No. 1 & 3(a) of the Original
Application except 1 (b) for which specific information was provided, with the Assistant Registrar
(Estab.T) and Head, Deptt. of Environmental Biology, University of Delhi, Delhi-7 at a mutually
convenient date and time on given telephone number before 16/10/2009.

The Appellant may inspect relevant files with respect to Sl.No2 of the Original Application on18/10/2009
and 09/10/2009 at the Central Information Commission as all the relevant files would be opened up by the

Replied vide letter dated 05/10/2009:

Information provided by the Dy. Registrar (Legal) of the University was enclosed. There was no specific
number of days as regards Sl. No. 4(a)(i). Information sought by the Appellant with respect to Sl.No. 4 (a)
(i) to 4(a)(v) was not a request for information as defined under Section 2(f) of the Act. As regards Sl.No
4(a) (vi), deemed PIOs or their representatives who were conversant with the subject matter accompany
the PIO as per instruction of the CIC.

Appellant requested for complete information to sub-paras (a), (c), (d) & (e) of Para 1.
Information to Para 3(a), sub-para (vi) of Para 4(a) were not provided.
