FACTS
:
The matter, in short, is that the complainant is working as LDC in
the Cantt Board. He has seniority dispute with one Shri Vinod Kumar in
which connection a civil suit is pending in the Uttarakhand High Court.
Vide his RTI application dated 1.8.2009, the complainant has sought
information on certain points. However, as no information was provided to
him, he has filed the present appeal before the Commission.
2. Heard on 15.2.2010. Complainant present along with Advocate
Ashok Kumar Shukla. The public authority is represented by the officer
named above. After hearing the parties, the following decision is
recorded:-
(i) The CPIO may provide copies of the appointment order dated
19.7.1993 of Shri Vinod Kumar to the complainant.
(ii) If any complaints have been received against Shri Vinod Kumar,
copy thereof may be provided to the complainant.
(iii) If any fee was paid to the external financial experts, copies of the
bills/vouchers may be provided to the complainant.
3. The order of the Commission may be complied with in 04 weeks
time.
