University, Bodh Gaya, six weeks’ time is granted to seek

instruction and file counter affidavit on a condition that the

respondent-University will pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the petitioner.

The cost must be paid before filing counter affidavit

The writ petition was filed in the year 2006 and on

number of dates the matter was heard along with other writ petitions

but even till date no counter affidavit has been filed.

List the case after six weeks.
