4. 6.8.2010 Both petitioner(husband) and complainant(wife) are present

in Court. Both of them accepted each other by resolving their

differences. Petitioner undertakes to go to his sasural within a day or

two and thereafter he will take his wife to his house. He also undertakes

to keep his wife with full dignity, proper care and affection.

Complainant also undertakes to maintain peace in their conjugal life. In

absence of petitioner at his house(native), complainant may reside at the

place of her own choice either in sasural or maike.

List this case on 21.10.2010 at the top of the list.

In the meantime, interim relief granted to the petitioner vide

order dated 13.7.2010 shall continue.
