ORDER

BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES

Considering
the note for speaking to minutes, the order passed by the Court
requires to be corrected as prayed, more particularly, in reference
to the relief clause, substantive petition has been allowed by the
Court. There was no cause for the Court to mention the name of the
petitioner as Maniben. In reality, name of the petitioner is Kalaben
Mohanbhai, which was wrongly mentioned as Maniben. So also, name of
the applicant was wrongly mentioned in the birth register as Jivu,
daughter of Manubhai Harjibhai. Prayer of the petitioner was that
name of the petitioner be shown in the birth register as Kalaben in
place of Jivu in village form no. 14 while correcting the date of
birth from 2nd November, 1955 to 2nd June,
1954.

Therefore,
the error as prayed for in the note for speaking to minutes, be
corrected accordingly. The Registry, now shall issue fresh writ in
favour of the applicant.

Note
for speaking to minutes is disposed of accordingly.
