Heard
learned advocate Mr.Panchal with learned advocate Mr.Mihir Pathak on
behalf of petitioner. Considering the fact, in respect to the
grievance raised in present petition, petitioner is having
alternative, effective and statutory remedy under labour legislation.
Therefore, this petition is not entertained only on that ground,
without expressing any opinion on merits. Accordingly, present
petition is disposed of.

This
matter will not come in way of present petitioner while pursuing
remedy in respect to pending Civil Application No.2335 of 2010 and
Miscellaneous Civil Application (Stamp) No.2923 of 2009.
