The learned Government Pleader today produces before me an

order dated 19.3.2010 passed pursuant to the directions in Annexure I

judgment. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is

yet to receive the same. In view of the order now produced before me,

I close this contempt case with a direction to the learned Government

Pleader to furnish a copy of the order to the learned counsel for the

petitioner.
