This is Second Bail Application in pending appeal moved on behalf of the
appellant Munna Lal Tiwari. His earlier plea for bail was rejected by the
Bench consisting Hon’ble Justice K.N.Ojha and Hon’ble Justice Shabihul
Hasnain, but later on vide order dated 29.10.2009 the case was released and it
was ordered to be listed before the regular Bench, as such this case is before
us.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR, Post-mortem Report and
statements of the witnesses.
We do not find any good ground at this juncture to release the accused
appellant Munna Lal Tiwari on bail.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the accused appellant is hereby refused.
