Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

By this petition, petitioners have prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding
the respondents to decide Suit No. 1154 of 2001 (Jairam Vs. Ramji & Ors
expeditiously. The suit filed by the respondents has been filed only in the year
2001 and large number of cases filed even earlier in 2001 are waiting for their
turn. No exceptional circumstances has been made out in the facts of the
present case to issue such direction.

The writ petition is dismissed.
