Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the
State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant contended that in the present
case one case has been shown in the gang Chart against the
applicant in which he has been released on bail. He is in jail since
9.11.2009.

Considering the aforesaid facts, without observation on merit it is a
fit case for bail. Let the applicant namely, Saeeda be released on
bail in Case Crime No. 170 of 2010 under Section 2/3 of U.P.
Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.
Hatharas Gate, District Hatharas on his furnishing a personal bond
with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Court concerned.
