The petitioner has
sought temporary bail for 30 days on the ground that his family is in
an extremely poor condition and his house has collapsed. The
applicant appears to have been released on temporary bail in March
and May of this year on the occasion of marriage of his daughter and
sister. Before that, he has availed of his furlough leave in February
2011. As no sufficient ground is made out, the application is
dismissed.
