List this case on 16th July, 2010 before appropriate bench.
Till the next date of listing, respondents shall maintain status quo and shall
not demolish the wall situated on the southern side of the land in dispute as
shown in the put at the foot of the plaint, filed as Annexure No.1 to the writ
petition. The passage shown in the map shall not be used by any one except
the owner of the passage i.e. the petitioner.
