Torture for demand of dowry soon before

the death within seven years of marriage is the

allegation. Submission is about commitment of

suicide by the deceased herself for other causes

but cruelty for demand of dowry is corroborated

by the informant and his family members.

Hence, prayer for bail on behalf of

petitioner is rejected.

However, the trial is directed to be

expedited.
