2. Present Incharge Medical Officer, Primary

Health Centre, Gona, Bikarma District Patna is personally

present in Court in compliance of the earlier order passed by

this Court.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of

opposite party no.3, stating that 50% of the amount of death-

cum-retirement benefit has been paid to the petitioner and the

remaining 50% of death-cum-retirement benefit has been paid

to Meena Devi, first wife of the deceased. With regard to

gratuity and family pension, it is stated that the deponent has

already sent relevant papers to the Accountant General, Bihar,

Patna vide letter no.405 dated 16.05.2011. Thereafter again the

required papers were sent by the deponent on 22.06.2011 to

the Accountant General, which were received in the office of

the Accountant General on the same day i.e. 22.06.2011

(Annexure B ).

4. In the said circumstances, the order of this Court

having been complied, this M.J.C. petition is disposed with a

direction to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna to comply the

order of this Court expeditiously.
