As regards the prayer for bail, it is

submitted that the learned trial court has

himself admitted the appellant to provisional

bail on account of having sentenced him to

R.I. for two years and also a fine of

Rs.1,000/-.

Considering the above facts, the

order of provisional bail passed by the

learned trial court is hereby confirmed.

As regards the sentence of fine,

realization thereof shall remain stayed

during the pendency of this appeal.
