                                   O R D E R

This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner is the accused in Crime

No.140 of 2009 of Chirayinkeezhu Police Station.

2. The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Sections

498(A), 452 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. I have gone through the CD file. Taking into account the facts

and circumstances of the case, the nature of the offence and the injury

sustained by the wife of the petitioner and her father, I do not think that

this is a fit case where anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioner.

The Bail Application is accordingly dismissed.
