Counsel for the opposite party state that earlier the petitioner has
filed another writ petition challenging the dismissal bearing Writ
Petition No. 4694(S/S) of 2007. The petitioner states that the
present petition is challenging another order passed on 23.9.2009
which is a consequential order.
Ideally this order should have been challenged in the same writ
petition but since the petitioner is filing another petition, list this
case along with Writ Petition No. 4694(S/S) of 2007.
The opposite parties shall have the liberty to file counter affidavit
in three weeks.
List thereafter.
