Heard today dated 20.10.2010. Appellant is represented by his son Shri
Shiv Shankar Mishra. BSNL is represented by Shri Ravi Shankar Tripathi,
AGM, BSNL, Kanpur.
2. It is noticed that the appellant had requested for call details of telephone
number 2616849 made to appellant’s telephone number 606426. The CPIO had
informed the appellant that these details were not available in the system. The
Appellate Authority, however, in his order dated 7.9.2009 had mentioned that the
information could not be provided as the magnetic tape machine was out of order.
3. During the hearing, Shri Tripathi submits that the machine is now in order
but the magnetic tape contains details of STD & ISD calls and not that of local
calls. Hence, the requisite information cannot be supplied to the appellant.
3. In the premises, the matter is closed.
