In the facts and circumstances, let petitioner Santosh

Kumar alias Shantosh Kr. Yadav be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs.10000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions judge, FTC

II, Supaul in S.T. No. 196 of 2009 arising out of Pratapganj P.S.

case no. 51 of 2008.
