02. 27.10.2010 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated

24.04.2009 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Aurangabad in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 225/08 (G.R.

No. 1570/08) by which he has taken cognizance under

Section 379 IPC and other allied Sections.

The petitioner seeks quashing on the ground

that the allegations are improbable and the case is false.

I am unable to appreciate the contention raised

in the petition. The application is dismissed.
