                          J U D G M E N T

Raman, J.

Petitioner entered into an agreement with one

Shelby Johnson for slaughter tapping of rubber trees having an

extent of 2 Acre 18 cents in Maymuri Village. The complaint of

the petitioner is that some of the trees standing on the property

are to be cut and removed, but obstruction is caused, at the

instance of the members of respondents 3 to 5 unions. Seeking

police protection, this writ petition is filed.

2. Pursuant to the notice issued, party respondents

have entered appearance through counsel. Heard both sides.

3. It is agreed between the parties that three

workers each from respondents 3 to 5 unions will be engaged

for the work relating to cutting and removal of rubber trees in the

W.P.(C) No.37812 of 2009

petitioner’s estate, and there will not be any obstruction caused

by them. The same is recorded. In case, there is any

obstruction, the second respondent shall enquire into the matter

and give necessary protection.

The writ petition is closed with the above

observation.
