City regarding stage of S.Tr. No.656 of 2010 arising out of

Alamganj P.S. Case No.218 of 2009.

The trial court is required to clarify as to on which

date after commitment the record was received in his court and

thereafter when charge was framed. The trial court is also required

to communicate a copy of the order-sheet from the date of receipt of

the record in his court till date.

Put up the case after receipt of the same.
