As prayed, counsel for opposite party no. 2 is permitted to
file second copy of the supplementary affidavit after serving it on Mr.
Sinha in course of the day. He submitted that today opposite party no.
2 is appearing in the examination held by J.A.C., therefore the case
may be adjourned for some other day.
Mr. Sinha submitted that petitioner has come from
Lohardaga.
As prayed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 put up this
case on 27.7.2011 on which date, opposite party no. 2 will remain
present in court physically with an amount of Rs. 1,000/- as travelling
cost for today and the next date.
