ORAL
ORDER

1. At
the very outset, Mr. Bharat T. Rao, learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that by way of this petition, the petitioner has
voiced several grievances, the principal one being that the
respondent No.3 has not made due payment to the petitioner, for
certain works carried out by him. It is further submitted that the
petitioner is a small trader and in spite of the show-cause notice
being issued to respondent No.3 and order dated 30th
April, 2008 being passed by respondent No.2, the respondent No.3 has
not made the payment, as directed, till date.

2. I
have heard Mr. Bharat T. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. It
is submitted by him that the interest of justice would be met, if the
petitioner is permitted to file a representation to the Director,
Agricultural Marketing & Rural Finance (Respondent No.2), for the
redressal of his grievances, and if such an order is passed, he would
not press the petition.

3. In
view of the above statement being made, the petitioner is permitted
to file a representation to respondent No.2, within a period of 10
(ten) days from today. On receipt thereof, the respondent No.2 may
decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible
and without avoidable delay.

4. In
view of the above, permission to withdraw the petition, is granted.
The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.

Direct
Service of this order is permitted.
