08. 17.08.2011 The learned counsel for the petitioners

submitted that instead of Rs.120, he will be filing Court fee

of Rs.150. Prayer is allowed. The learned counsel shall file

the said Court fee by tomorrow. If it is filed, the office

shall accept the same with regard to defect no. “L”.

So far defect no. “N” is concerned, it appears

that the certified copy has already been filed which is

available on record. So far the rest defects are concerned,

as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners,

three weeks time is granted to remove the defects.
