learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Taking into consideration that the petitioners are in jail

custody since 10.7.2011 on the allegation that some old utensils and

other articles were recovered from their houses, let the petitioners,

Krishna Prasad and Ganesh Kumar @ Sanjay Kumar, be released

on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity, Patna in Alamganj P.S. Case

no. 107/2011.
