Submission is that vide order dated

15.09.2011, opposite party no. 2, the complainant has

been issued notice. Considering the matrimonial

dispute till service of notice/appearance of opposite

party no. 2, no coercive steps shall be taken against the

petitioner.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to

S.D.J.M. Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case No.

245/2011 vide Tr. No. 1775/2011, through Fax at the

cost of the petitioner.
