Sunil Kumar Ravi for respondent nos.1, 2 and 5 and

Mr. Ahsanuddin Amanullah for respondent nos.3 and 4

are present.

As prayed by learned counsel for the

appellant, two weeks time is granted to consider the

counter affidavit of respondent nos.3 and 4 and file a

rejoinder, if so advised.

Put up after four weeks under the same

heading with a view to its final disposal. The time in

the meanwhile may be utilized by the parties for

completion of pleadings.
