                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a retired employee of the Kerala State

Road Transport Corporation. His compliant in this writ petition is

that leave salary due to the petitioner has not been disbursed to

him yet. The learned standing counsel on instructions submits

that the same would be paid within one month. This submission

is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
