The petitioner, who had appeared at the All India Senior School
Certificate Examination 2009, has filed this petition as she was not
satisfied with the marks awarded to her in Business Study.

Sri H.N. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-
Board has produced the answer book of Business Study of the
petitioner which shows that the petitioner has been awarded 56
marks. Sri Pandey states that it is after moderation that the
petitioner has been awarded 62 marks.

All the answers have been marked and the total is correct. No
relief, therefore can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
