On the basis of directions dated 27.5.2010 issued by this Court, respondent
no.3, Deputy General of Police, Jhansi has appeared before this Court in
person. As an affidavit on behalf of respondent no.3 has been filed and some
document has been shown before his Court, therefore, it will be appropriate in
the interest of justice to give some time to the petitioner to file a reply.

List this case on 15.7.2010.

In the mean time, the petitioner will file a reply to the affidavit. On that date,
after hearing both the parties, the final order regarding completion of inquiry
shall be passed.

The personal appearance of respondent no.3 is hereby exempted.
