Facts

:

1. The case was heard on 13/8/2008. While the CPIO was present, the
complainant was heard through audio conferencing.

2. In response to the application for information, the CPIO has furnished a
point-wise response. The complainant is, however, not satisfied.

3. During the hearing, the complainant stated that the information furnished
to him is incomplete and misleading. The CPIO, however, stated that the
information as provided to him by the concerned departments, have been
furnished to the complainant. There is, however, no denial of information.

Decision:

4. In order to satisfy himself, the complainant is advised to seek inspection of
the relevant records so as to specify the required information, which should be
furnished to him as per the provisions of the Act.
