This is an application seeking correction/amendment in the order dated
13.7.2010 passed on the bail application.
The application is allowed and the learned counsel for the applicant is
permitted to make necessary correction in the bail application. The order
dated 13.7.2010 is also corrected as follows:
“In the last paragraph of the order dated 13.7.2010, ‘ Case Crime No 921 of
2009’ should be read as ‘Case Crime No. 1039 of 2009 ‘ ”
