Sri Pandhari Yadav, District Magistrate, Sonbhadra is directed to appear in
person. Prima-facie, it appears that he has willfully and intentionally flouted
the order dated 10.12.2009 passed by this Court, because once the State
Government has held that the area is in dispute was not forest land or land of
wild life sanctuary then it was not open for District Magistrate, Sonbhadra to
refer the matter again to the State Government.

Office is directed to supply a copy of this order to Sri Alok Kumar Singh,
Standing Counsel for information and ensuring compliance of this order.
