                        J U D G M E N T

Petitioner challenges the order under which he was

suspended from service and subsequent order passed by the

Managing Committee declining to revoke the same. On

instructions, Mr. U.K.Ramakrishnan, learned standing counsel

for the Devaswom Board submits that the Managing Committee

which met on 6.11.2007 took a decision to revoke the suspension

of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by the Division

Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2496/2007.

In the circumstances, no further issue survives in this writ

petition and the same is therefore, closed.
