The
applicant herein has prayed for review/modification of order dated
13.09.2010 passed in Special Civil Application No. 10925 of 2010 and
direction which is necessary in the facts and circumstances of the
case.

Heard.

On the facts and circumstances of the concerned respondent authority
is directed to survey the land bearing Block No. 512 (Old R.S.
No.248, 251,/p, 252 and 258) of Village Bhatpore, Taluka: Choryasi,
District Surat and to calculate the actual area of the land.

With
this direction, the application stands disposed of.
