3/ 09/02/2011 Copy of the contempt application has been
served on the counsel for the Patna University. The name
of the counsel for the University does not appear in the
cause list. It is now known whether he has filed a
Vakalatnama or even appearance slip to enable the office
to print his name.
Let the petitioner serve a copy of the present
order on the Registrar of the University when it is
expected that the University shall be properly represented
when this matter is taken up next and shall have filed a
show cause also.
No further adjournment shall be granted for
filing of show cause.
