डॉ. लक्ष्मीनारायण पाण्डेय (मंदसौर) : महोदय, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूँ कि स्वापक औषधि और मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम, 1985 में और संशोधन करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।
