Petitioner is stated to have retired from service as Lab Assistant from the
employment of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd. on 30th September,
2006. His retiral benefits have not been paid.
Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 prays for and is granted time upto
next Monday i.e. 26th July, 2010 to produce the cheque for the admitted
amount of post retiral benefits payable to the petitioner failing which
respodnent no.3 shall appear before this Court along with an affidavit
explaining the reasons for non-payment of the same.
Put up this matter on Monday next i.e. 26th July, 2010 as unlisted.
