Shri A.K. Yadav seeks time to file an affidavit explaining the
issuance of letter dated 22.04.2007. He may do so within a week.
A copy of the same shall be served upon the counsel appearing on
behalf of Sanjay Kumar as well as Devi Prasad Gupta who are at
liberty to file their reply to the affidavit filed by the Secretary
today in the Court as well as to the affidavit to be filed as indicated
above by the Secretary on or before 12th July, 2010.
